Private notes
Your meeting notes are private to you
Your notes
Promo doc is the thing now. I owe her two Staff-level examples by Friday — she can’t make the case without them and she won’t ask twice.
Never crosses
What Priya opens
- What's gone well since we last talked?
- What's been frustrating?
- Anything you'd like my help with?
Meeting notes are private to the manager. There's no sharing setting, no report-facing screen that renders them, and no export that includes them by default. The only thing the person you manage ever sees is their own check-in and the answers they wrote in it.
- Replaces
- Keeping the real notes somewhere else, because the tool everyone can see isn't where you'd write the difficult sentence.
- What it won’t do
- That cuts both ways: there's no way to share a note with a colleague either. If something needs to be shared, it needs to be written somewhere it belongs.
