Anything else on your mind for our next 1:1?

I had an interview yesterday. I knew the examples, but I struggled to explain why I want the role.

    Before the session

    Start with their reflection

An optional check-in gives your client a place to share what’s happened since you last spoke.

  2. Example your private notes

    Finding a clearer answer

Alex wants more ownership, not just a new title. Practice connecting that motivation to a specific example.

A few practical questions

Do my clients need to sign up?
No. You hold the account. Clients can answer an optional check-in through a private link.
Are session notes shared with clients?
Your meeting notes are never shown to the other person. Mora uses them to draft agendas and summaries, with processing by our AI service provider. You can read more in our privacy policy.
Can I use my usual video-call link?
Connect Google Calendar to schedule recurring meetings or one-offs. Use Google Meet or add your own video link.
Will the app use coaching terminology?
Mora currently uses manager and direct report terminology in the app, and its check-in invitation refers to a 1:1. You can keep a person’s coaching conversations and goals together within that structure.
