A few practical questions

What if we don’t meet on a regular schedule?
You can schedule one-off meetings as well as recurring ones. Your earlier notes remain available between catch-ups. If a scheduled meeting doesn’t happen, you can move it or mark it as missed.
Does my mentee need to do anything before we meet?
They can answer a short check-in through a private link, but it’s optional and doesn’t require an account.
Can my mentee see my notes?
Your meeting notes are never shown to the other person. Mora uses them to draft agendas and summaries, with processing by our AI service provider. You can read more in our privacy policy.
How does mentoring fit into the app?
Mora currently uses manager and direct report terminology. You can use a person’s record for your mentoring conversations, notes, and goals. Scheduling connects through Google Calendar, with Meet or your own video link.
