Do my direct reports need an account?
No. Only you need an account. Your reports answer optional check-ins through a private link, without signing up.
Who can see my meeting notes?
Your meeting notes are never shown to the other person. Mora uses them to draft agendas and summaries, with processing by our AI service provider. You can read more in our privacy policy.
How is Mora different from a shared document?
A shared document can hold your agenda and notes. Mora organizes conversations and goals by person, collects optional check-ins, and suggests follow-up questions from the context you’ve saved. Your meeting notes stay private to you instead of living in the shared agenda.
What happens before my first 1:1?
Add the person you’re meeting with, schedule a 1:1, and add your own questions. Mora needs saved conversation context or open goals to suggest follow-ups, so a new relationship may not have suggestions yet. You can still prepare and run the meeting.
Does Mora record or transcribe our meetings?
No. Mora doesn’t join, record, or transcribe your call. It works with the notes, agenda items, and goals you save in the app. Keep using your usual meeting setup.
Can I keep my current meeting setup?
Connect Google Calendar to schedule recurring meetings or one-offs. Use Google Meet or add your own video link.
Does Mora write performance reviews?
This workflow gives you dated meeting notes and goal history to refer to when you write a review. You decide what belongs in the review.
