Notice when progress needs a conversation

An overdue date or a stretch without movement gives you something to ask about. Check what changed before deciding what to do.

Bring the goal into your next 1:1

Open goals help Mora suggest questions. Keep the useful ones and change the wording to fit the conversation you want to have.

A few things worth knowing

Who creates and updates goals?
You, the manager, create goals and mark steps complete. They’re your record of what you’ve agreed together. Your report doesn’t need an account or a separate status update.
Do goals need a target date?
No. Add a target date when it helps. Mora can use it to show when a goal is overdue or progress is behind the time available.
How does Mora notice a stalled goal?
An active goal with steps can be marked stalled after more than three weeks without an update or completed step. Target dates and progress also inform its status. That’s a reason to check in, not a judgment about the person.
Do goals influence suggested agendas?
Yes. Open goals are part of the context Mora can use to suggest questions before a 1:1. You choose which questions to keep.
