Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mora, a service operated by Meetmora, LLC (“Mora,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Mora helps managers prepare for, run, and follow up on one-on-one meetings with the people they manage, including note-taking, agendas, goals, scheduling, and AI-assisted summaries and briefings. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use most of the service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use Mora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes, agendas, goals, and other content you add (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the service for you — including sending it to our AI subprocessors to generate summaries and briefings. Meeting notes are private to the manager and are never shown to the people they manage.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to violate any law or the rights of others;
- upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that is unlawful or harmful;
- attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service; or
- resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties you choose to connect, such as your calendar and video-conferencing provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Mora and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated summaries and briefings may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or in the app. Your continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
