Fair questions about money
Do I pay per direct report?
No. Pricing is per manager. The people you manage are always free and don't need an account — so the price to run great 1:1s doesn't grow as your team does.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, free. We ask for a card up front and charge it when the trial ends, and we'll email you before that happens. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged a cent.
What happens to my notes if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't cut you off mid-month. You can export everything you've written at any time, and your 1:1 history is yours to take with you.
Is the founding rate really for life?
Yes. It isn't an introductory year that quietly resets — it's the price of your subscription for as long as you keep it. When we raise prices for everyone else, founding members don't move.
