Does Mora record or transcribe the meeting?
No. Mora doesn’t join your call, record audio, or create a transcript. It works with the notes, agenda items, and goals you save. You can use your usual video setup or meet in person.
Who can see my meeting notes?
Your meeting notes are manager-private and aren’t shown to your report. Mora processes saved context through its AI service provider to create suggestions and summaries.
Do I have to answer every agenda question?
No. Use the agenda to guide the conversation and capture the answers you want to keep. You can leave an item unanswered when the discussion goes elsewhere.
What happens when the conversation ends?
Review suggestions for your next agenda as you wrap up. Mora generates the summary after you finish, so you have a record to return to before the next 1:1.
