For managers who run their own 1:1s

Better 1:1s make better managers

Mora turns your meeting notes and open goals into the next agenda. Team check-ins help you decide what to discuss.

The work between meetings

Fewer places to look.
Less to carry in your head.

Notes in a doc. Updates in Slack. Follow-ups on a task list. Keep your meeting notes, goals, and next agenda together in Mora instead.

Before you move your first 1:1

Can Mora put my existing notes to work?
Yes. Bring over the history you already have, and Mora can use it to prepare future conversations. Paste notes or upload a document, then review the import before saving it. A Google Doc can come over as a Word file, and a Notion page as Markdown. Start with one person’s notes and build from there.
Can I keep my usual meeting setup?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar and bring in an existing recurring 1:1, or choose a time for a new one. Keep your usual video link or use Google Meet. Your next conversation gets an agenda and a place for its history, while you keep meeting the way you’re used to.
How does my report contribute?
A quick check-in gives them room to tell you what’s going well, what’s getting in the way, and what they’d like to discuss. They answer through a private link in their browser, with no account to create. Those answers help shape the agenda before you meet.
What gets easier after the first 1:1?
At wrap-up, Mora drafts questions for your next agenda from the conversation you just had. Review them while it’s fresh, and keep the follow-ups you want to return to. As your history grows, earlier notes and open goals give future suggestions more context. You still choose the agenda and update goal progress; you have less context to reconstruct from scratch.
Can I keep candid notes private?
Yes. Your meeting notes are private to your Mora account. Reports and other managers cannot browse them, and there’s no company-admin view of your notes. Your report contributes through their check-in link. Mora processes relevant notes through our AI provider to prepare suggestions and summaries; the privacy policy explains how that works.
Can I take my records with me?
Yes. You can download a data export from Settings, including your meeting records and goals. Your notes aren’t automatically handed to a new manager when your role changes. You stay in control of what you choose to share. Account deletion and retention details are in our privacy policy.
